Yau Tong

Yau Tong (油塘) has traditionally been an industrial area of Kwun Tong District presided by predominantly local Chinese. The area has been touted as having a lot of potential for future residential development, mainly for mid-to-high level residential flats. The more recently developed private housing estates in the area include Peninsula East, Ocean One, Canaryside and The Spectacle. Main Shopping centres include the Domain, Lei Yue Mun Shopping Mall and Yau Lai Shopping Mall.
