Lo So Shing (蘆鬚城) is a sparsely populated rural residential village in the middle of Lamma Island, South West of Hong Kong Island. Since there are no cars on Lamma Island, transportation is less convenient. From Hong Kong Island, visitors usually take the ferry from Central Pier 4 to Yung Shue Wan, the main centre in Lamma Island, and then follow the Family Walk just under an hour's walk to Lo So Shing village. The main attraction in Lo So Shing is the isolated Lo So Shing, one of Hong Kong's cleanest beaches, which is only a 10-minute walk from the village. It offers low-intensity water sports and lifeguard service.
