Lam Tin

Lam Tin (藍田) is a predominantly high-density residential area within Kwun Tong district and home to many middle and working-class Chinese and Japanese residents. Lam Tin’s close proximity to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, the Kwun Tong bypass, and the Kwun Tong and Lam Tin MTR stations has brought new residential and commercial demand to the area. Lam Tin features a number of shopping attractions as well as two main housing estates, Lam Tin (public), Laguna City (private) and Sceneway Garden (private). Notable places of interest include the Sai Tso Wan Recreation Ground, Lam Tin Park and Lam Tin Complex. You will also find that the Lam Tin Complex features swimming pools, a music centre, rooftop gardens and a library.
