Southland is such an inhumane landlord!! Difficult times and challenging business environment in HK right now - and the building located in a protest-hit district. Not only did they not consider relief measures such as temporary rental deductions for small tenants unlike Swire, SHK, MTR Corp , they send legal letters and court orders to force immediate payments!! Crazy landlord who is not willing to support tenants in such difficult circumstances and only care about the rental. Disappointing and I suggest anyone who is considering to rent an office from any of the Southland properties, please reconsider somewhere else. They are definitely not good landlord.
