Quiet location, great views, very outdated gym, very kind security guards, poor management company and ignorant landlord.

Building management is not following the local regulations - no lifeguards present as required by law....very concerned about the safety of the many kids living in this building!!!

Don't be fouled by the views, look deep and check the history of the apartment you are interested in. Many apartments in this building have water leak (internal and external) issues. Landlord and asset management company are ignorant and don't address these issues.

Great location and beautiful views. BUT very poor landlord, building management and asset upkeep. Water leak in walls and black fungus on the walls is still not fixed after 15 month. Think twice before renting an apartment here.
